J&G Systems was selected by Fairway Builders to deliver the plumbing infrastructure for this large-scale development, ensuring that every system is engineered for accuracy, consistency, and durability.
Because this project includes high-end finishes and smart home features across all 143 units, our team’s engineering-first approach plays a critical role in maintaining quality and predictability. Each townhome required precise plumbing integration for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry areas, garages, and exterior spaces. With a phased construction schedule and tight delivery expectations, our installation workflows—reinforced by engineered layouts and reusable templates—help keep the project moving efficiently and consistently.

J&G Systems handled the full plumbing scope for the entire community, including underground utilities, in-wall distribution systems, water and vent routing, final trim installations, and all amenity-related plumbing. Because the homes include garages, smart appliances, and upgraded living spaces, every phase required close coordination with framers, mechanical contractors, and inspectors to preserve both quality and schedule flow.
