J&G Systems was selected as the plumbing contractor for Peralta Vista, a vibrant and modern BTR community located in Mesa, Arizona. Designed for long-term durability, resident comfort, and operational efficiency, this project required clean engineering, precise coordination, and high-quality craftsmanship across all 135 homes. Our team delivered a complete plumbing system that supported the developer’s vision of a premium rental neighborhood with elevated features and amenities.
