Glendale Senior Living is an essential LIHTC-funded development located in Phoenix, Arizona, offering quality, accessible housing for seniors and veterans. Built with affordability, comfort, and community in mind, the project required clean system design, dependable installation methods, and tight alignment with LIHTC construction guidelines. J&G Systems was selected to provide the plumbing infrastructure for all 45 units and shared amenity spaces within this three-story building, ensuring long-term reliability and safe, efficient water and drainage systems for future residents.
This development demanded an engineered approach due to its mid-rise configuration, compact floor plans, and accessibility-driven interior design. Our team utilized precise AutoCAD layouts, optimized stacking strategies, and standardized installation methods to ensure consistent quality across all floors. By coordinating early with W.E. O’Neil Construction and design teams, we supported energy-efficiency objectives, ADA-driven fixture requirements, and reliable performance aligned with senior living needs.
