EVR Porter is a standout BTR community located in Maricopa, Arizona—featuring 197 thoughtfully designed rental homes blended with modern amenities and a lifestyle-centered site plan. J&G Systems served as the plumbing contractor responsible for delivering reliable, efficient, and precisely engineered systems across the entire development. Given the scale of this project and the variety of community features, our team ensured that every unit received a high-quality plumbing installation built to meet both resident needs and developer expectations.
The community incorporates elevated design standards, private yards, and smart home systems, requiring careful system integration and dependable plumbing infrastructure. Our engineered and prefab-informed approach allowed us to maintain consistency across nearly 200 homes while ensuring smooth coordination with other trades. This helped the project stay on schedule and achieve clean, precise installations that supported EVR Porter’s modern, resident-focused design.
