56th at Arcadia is an upscale, design-forward BTR community positioned in one of Phoenix’s most desirable neighborhoods. With 40 luxury townhomes built around private garages, premium interior finishes, and high-efficiency layouts, the community required a plumbing system capable of supporting elevated living standards with clean, reliable performance. J&G Systems was selected to deliver the engineered plumbing infrastructure for the project—ensuring each home received a precisely coordinated system that matches the high expectations of Mosaic Construction and Hawkins Company.
Because the development includes multiple floor plans and luxury-inspired design elements, our engineered approach played a central role in maintaining consistency across all units. From rough-in to final trim, we ensured plumbing systems were aligned with structural and architectural demands, adhered to strict code requirements, and delivered long-term reliability. The community’s amenity areas—including pet spaces, outdoor gathering areas, and circulation paths—also required thoughtful integration to maintain water efficiency and system durability.

J&G Systems provided full plumbing system engineering, installation, and site supervision across all 40 homes and community areas.
